- Response to customers queries promptly and communicate with guest professionally and in feel Home's passionate and helpful manner.
- Assist in admin work and office procedures to support day-to-day admin function.
- Perform general admin tasks such as filling, recording and maintain proper documentation.
-Monitor and resolve homestay cleanliness and maintenance issue.
- Meet guest for check in / out and any emergency issue when necessary.
- Flexible working mode :- come to office from 1pm-7pm and work from home from 7pm-10pm. (Replying message , assist guest who have some check in issue)
Construction general supervisors keep track of the proceedings of all stages in the building process. They coordinate the different teams, assign tasks, and resolve problems.
• Assist the Guest Service Officer/ Duty Manager with the smooth operation of the accommodation and guest service functions
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome friendly and memorable welcome
• Work closely with bookings & reservations, housekeeping, concierge, security and food & beverage regarding guest requirements to ensure that all guests’ needs and expectations are met throughout their stay
• Ensure that all guest enquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Where appropriate ensure that comments and complaints are reported to management
• Deal with guest bookings, check in and check out and provide standard reports to other departments as required (i.e. arrivals / departure lists, special requests etc)
• Keep up to date with availability, promotions and pricing in order to provide advice to guests as necessary and maximise sales opportunities
• Assist with the co-ordination of guest itineraries including liaising with external service providers and venues and provide guests with information on local amenities as required
• Process settlement of guests’ accounts and ensure that appropriate payment methods are adhered to
• Promote Hotel facilities or our product and conduct accommodation and facilities tours for potential guests
• Ensure that the front of house and guest areas are well maintained at all times
• As required assist with the co-ordination and delivery of dining, events and food & beverage service
• Any other duties as directed by the Duty Manager/ Front Office Manager or other member of the management team
