      • Conceptualise across a wide range of media, including online, social, activation, print, TV, and more
      • Manage projects from start to finish, including briefing, concept development, concept selling, production, and post-production
      • Supervise and mentor younger team members to hone their skills and develop their craft
      • Engage regularly with clients for presentations, as well as production management at all stages
      • Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure production quality
      • Collaborate with team members in Singapore and in our other international offices on concept development and execution
      • Requirements:
      • A portfolio of work that displays an outstanding level of craft in execution, as well as conceptual excellence, across a wide variety of media
      • Minimum 12 years of work experience within agencies
      • An ability to lead a team, to offer guidance, inspiration, and mentorship
      • Self-discipline and effective time management skills, in order to handle multiple projects at any given time
      • Passion and dedication demonstrated on every project, both large and small
      • An ability to foster effective collaboration amongst the wider team
      • A positive attitude and effective communication skills, in order to engage productively with other team members

      • Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
      • Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
      • Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
      • Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
      • Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
      • Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
      • Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
      • Manage and grow client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
      • Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients’ objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
      • Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
      • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
      • Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
      • Mentor and guide more junior creatives in their development and growth, set KPIs and have regular catch-ups with the team
      • Lead, develop, and execute work to to creative excellence
      • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
      • Participants in, and leads brainstorming sessions
      • You will report into an Executive Creative Director and/or Chief Creative Officer

                • The Creative team within the Strategy & Innovation office aims to build new and successful brands that resonate with consumers. The team cultivates collaborations from a multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, creative technologists, copywriters, and art directors to create content, communications, and experiences across: Vinamilk corporate brands, sub-brands, subsidiary brands and across platforms: posts, packaging, e-commerce, retail.
                • We are seeking a Creative Director to own entire end-to-end creative direction and execution for new products, programs, and corporate branding, from concept to completion. You will set the brand strategy, maintain the brand architecture, and maintain scalable brand guidelines to bring harmony and consistency with wider teams regarding brand approaches (think HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations). Ultimately, you are a creator who helps define Vinamilks brand direction and make sure its identity is ownable and livable to employees, partners and suppliers, and consumers. This role will report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation Office.

                • Basic Qualifications
                • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related field
                • 10+ years of relevant experience in creative agency or related fields with top consumer facing brand(s)
                • 6+ years of experience managing teams
                • A solid understanding of design copy and creative practices.
                • A portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in band creation, brand guidelines, design systems thinking, and brand strategy across multiple channels. Were just as interested in seeing your process as much as the final product
                • Experience directing internal and external creative resources
                • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
                • Detail-oriented manager who can navigate a large organization to execute under tight deadlines
                • Possess solid knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and HCI principles
                • Have expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash), as well as familiarity with AEM
                • Ability to create design prototypes as thought starters to facilitate conversations
                • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
