Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Information Technology, or a Marketing/Business related field with strong technical focus (or equivalent experience).
4–6 years of hands-on experience in MarTech operations, CRM/CDP operations, marketing analytics, or measurement/attribution roles with a strong focus on data integration and tracking. Experience in SEA/regional markets is an advantage.

This 6-month program offers you a foundation of tasks or ‘Station Skills’ before moving forward as a Management Trainee with these 3 tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
Your first tier is as Crew where your station skills emphasize on production and services such as food and drink productions in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
