The Experience: Proven experience as a Scaffolder Supervisor, Site Inspector, or a similar leadership role in the construction/scaffolding industry.
Technical Expertise: Strong ability to read blueprints, sketch scaffolding designs, and calculate load/weight limitations.
Safety First: Deep understanding of industry safety standards, fall protection, and compliance regulations. (DOSH/JKKP scaffolding certifications are highly advantageous).
