Agricultural and forestry production managers plan, direct and coordinate production in large-scale agricultural, horticultural and forestry operations such as plantations, large ranches, collective farms and agricultural cooperatives to grow and harvest crops, and breed and raise livestock.
Tasks include –
Monitoring agricultural and forestry market activity and planning production to meet contract requirements and market demand;
Establishing and managing budgets, monitoring production output and costs, recording information such as farm management practices, and preparing financial and operational reports;
Conferring with buyers to arrange for the sale of crops and livestock;
Contracting with farmers or independent owners for production of crops and livestock, or for management of production;
Planning the type, intensity and sequence of farm operations (e.g. determining the best times for planting, spraying and harvesting);
Analysing soil to determine types and quantities of fertilizer required for maximum production;
Purchasing machinery, equipment and supplies such as tractors, seed, fertilizer and chemicals;
Identifying and controlling agricultural and forest environmental toxins, weeds, pests and diseases;
Organizing farming operations such as maintaining buildings, water supply systems and equipment;
Directing and coordinating activities such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting and grading;
Inspecting plantations and fields to determine maturity dates of crops, or to estimate potential crop damage from weather;
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of agricultural and forestry workers and contractors.
Conduct and review local and oversea relevant GMP procedures.
Responsible for relevant regulatory affairs and monitoring the regulation trend of oversea, to ensure that the product are compliance to regulatory.
Monitor and disseminate information to relevant department on the changes of local and oversea laws and regulations that might affect registration, manufacture and distribution of products.
Compile and maintain systematic filling of product registration dossier etc.
-Prune plants to remove unhealthy or dry leaves and flowers.
-Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
-Ensure and maintain perimeter cleanliness, clear of debris and litter
-Check and maintain gardening tools. Ensure that tools are in good condition at all times.
-Regularly trim grass to ensure grass short and neat
-Assist in piping work and toilet repair
-Maintains inventory of necessary supplies
-Performs additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification
-Must have own transport and have valid license B2 or D
-Male with good physical condition
-Candidate must be able to speak and converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
-Hardworking and able to take order from superior
-Enjoy working outdoors

Applicant will take care whole fleet of our supply boats with the daily operations. He will need to work with Chief Engineer to ensure all boats are well maintained. He will need to go buy sparespart for our supply boats. Successful will need to have minimum 5 years seagoing experience, well versed with our supply boats style of working and Singapore anchorages. He will need to have Microsoft knowledge and able to converse Fluent English.
Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented
Keep abreast of international regulations / legal requirements related to marine operations and ensure assigned vessels comply to these
Carry out all activities related to: (1) PSC compliance; (2) Navigation; (3) Cargo Operations; and (4) Loss Prevention and Claims Handling from planning to effective implementation
Ensure safe cargo operations, navigation, vessels transit through high risk area and other marine operational matters by close follow up with assigned vessels
Conduct: (1) Sailing Navigation Audits and (2) Internal HSEQA Audits of vessels periodically
Plan, implement and ensure close out of corrective actions to resolve issues related to marine operational matters in close liaison with Technical Department
Carry out Incident investigation related to vessel's marine operational matters as and when required
Familiar with docking of Tankers and handling Hull, Navigation, Cargo Equipment and Deck Machineries.
Client Management of fleet and frequent travel to visit overseas clients
This position requires frequent overseas travel, estimated up to 120 Days or more to attend vessels in various ports worldwide
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification should be a holder of Master Mariner Lisc. (Unlimited FG) on Tankers ( Oil / Product / Gas ) or Bulk.
Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on Tankers ( Oil / Product / Gas ) or Bulk Vessels.
Minimum 3 Year Experience in Senior Officer Rank on Foreign Going Tanker Vessels.
Proficient in PMS, ISM, PSC, Flag & Class requirements.
Preferably not have changed companies during last 5 years.
Previous working experience of at least 1 year handling Foreign Going vessels as Marine Superintendent is preferred.
