Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Semenyih for a Customer Relationship Service Management Intern. The intern will support customer-facing activities, including responding to inquiries, assisting with order-related issues, and providing product information through various communication channels. Daily tasks may include updating customer records, tracking feedback, and preparing simple reports to help improve customer experience and service quality. The intern will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent and helpful communication with customers. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer relationship management in a growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with customers.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and the ability to learn CRM systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests and follow-ups efficiently.
• Attention to detail in documenting customer interactions, updating records, and preparing simple reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Semenyih and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in wellness, nutrition, or health-related products; prior exposure to customer service or retail is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
