WE ARE HIRING: LIVE MODERATOR

Employment Type: Full-Time/Intern

Malaya Perfumery is looking for a Live Moderator to oversee and coordinate our daily live-streaming operations across our social media and e-commerce platforms. If you are organised, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in live-streaming and e-commerce, we would love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and coordinate all live-streaming sessions conducted by the Company.
• Coordinate and manage Live Host schedules and daily live-session arrangements.
• Monitor Live Hosts during live sessions and provide guidance and support where necessary.
• Update product prices, promotional prices and relevant product information during live sessions according to Management's instructions.
• Ensure all pricing, promotions and product information communicated during live sessions are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain the Live Session Schedule according to the Company's operational requirements.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new Live Hosts.
• Guide new Live Hosts on live-streaming procedures, product knowledge, sales flow and Company requirements.
• Monitor Live Host performance and conduct, and report relevant issues to Management.
• Ensure all live sessions are conducted according to Company procedures, promotional guidelines and instructions.
• Assist Management in planning, coordinating and improving live-streaming operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, Media, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, social media or retail operations is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with Live Hosts and coordinating schedules.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling product prices, promotions and product information.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Live, Shopee Live or other live-streaming platforms is an advantage.
