Job Overview
You will join the Customer Service and Admissions Team at Naluri Kreatif, supporting the management and administration of data related to customer enquiries, admissions, and daily business operations. This role also requires coordination with other departments to ensure that information and records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant systems.
• Update customer records and enter leads generated from customer enquiries.
• Compile, organise, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.
• Liaise with relevant departments to obtain, verify, and update required information.
• Support general administrative duties and day-to-day office operations.
• Carry out other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Management, Information Management, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling data and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to complete data-entry tasks efficiently, accurately, and systematically.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues from different departments.
• Proactive, cooperative, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and contribute positively within a collaborative team.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
