Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopify.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and promotions.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
• Monitor orders, inventory, product performance, and store operations.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities to drive traffic and sales.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in creating promotional content, product visuals, and short-form videos.
• Monitor basic sales data and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the team on order fulfilment, customer enquiries, and e-commerce operations.
• Perform other e-commerce and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Shopify is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools is preferred.
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
