About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Site Giant, as well as digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and operational efficiency to deliver a seamless online shopping experience and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Platform Management

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Site Giant/ Shopify, etc.), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Monitor and ensure smooth daily operations across platforms, including order fulfilment and payment processes.

Campaigns & Promotions

• Plan, execute, and monitor online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events to maximize sales.
• Work with platform KAMs to plan and execute campaigns, secure promotions, and optimize performance to drive sales and visibility.

Customer Engagement

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently via online platforms and collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze sales performance, customer data, and campaign results to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
• Review competitor activities and e-commerce trends to support strategic planning.

Events & Exhibitions

• Participate in baby expos, and promotional events to support brand presence and sales activities.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada a must, TikTok & SiteGiant is a bonus).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Independent and proactive, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular for reporting).
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel for events/expos.
