WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTS INTERN

Position: Accounts Intern – Industrial Training
Location: Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang
Internship Allowance: RM1,000 – RM1,200 per month
Internship Duration: Preferably 3–6 months

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Saturday: 8.00 AM – 1.00 PM
Sunday: Off Day

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Accounts team with daily accounting activities
• Check and key in daily carpark collection records
• Assist in reconciling collections against parking system and payment records
• Check cashless payment transactions and supporting documents
• Update season-parking payment and customer records
• Update Excel spreadsheets and collection summaries
• Assist with invoices, receipts and payment documentation
• Check for missing entries, payment differences and discrepancies
• Follow up with branch/site admins for incomplete records and documents
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly Accounts reports
• Maintain proper filing and Accounts documentation
• Assist with other Accounts, Finance and administrative duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Required to undergo internship/industrial training as part of college or university studies
• Able to provide an official internship/industrial-training letter from the institution
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good with numbers and able to check records accurately
• Detail-oriented, responsible and organized
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
• Able to commit for preferably 3–6 months

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Gain hands-on experience in Accounts operations, collection reconciliation, cashless payment transactions, Excel reporting, invoicing, documentation and multi-site carpark operations.
