Vello Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing AI company building the Vello network. We're looking for a Human Resource Intern to support our People/HR function as we grow, helping out with everything from hiring and onboarding to keeping employee records and documentation in order.

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with the team handling recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations, getting hands-on exposure to how HR actually runs inside a fast-moving startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and helping schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and interns, including preparing documentation.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR files.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR correspondence.
• Support tracking of leave, attendance, and other HR administrative tasks.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist with basic compliance related tasks, such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Education & Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Students seeking an internship placement to fulfil academic requirements are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on-site at our Kajang office.

Requirements:

• Interest in HR, people operations, and organisational processes.
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
