Retail Sales & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Retail Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote and sell our products and services, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product and service inquiries.
• Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, printers, and repair services based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions, prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and delivery orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and filing systems.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory updates.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is clean and organized.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and customer collections.
• Perform general administrative duties and support the daily operations of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma is an advantage).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in retail sales or administration is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
