Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Creative, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of printing and artwork preparation is an advantage.
• Applicants with a portfolio are encouraged to submit their work.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.

Job Description

• Assist the design team in creating graphic designs and visual content for printing and digital purposes.
• Assist in preparing artwork and design layouts according to customer requirements.
• Assist in editing and modifying artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or other relevant design software.
• Prepare artwork files according to the required printing specifications.
• Assist in checking artwork to ensure accuracy in terms of size, layout, colour and other design requirements.
• Support the team in developing creative ideas and concepts for various design projects.
• Assist in organising and maintaining design files and artwork records.
• Work closely with the design, sales and production teams to ensure projects are completed according to requirements and deadlines.
• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
