Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends, customer preferences and competitors.
• Gather and analyse market data to support business development and strategic planning.
• Prepare simple reports, presentations and summaries based on research findings.
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities, new markets and target customers.
• Support the Marketing and Management team in ad-hoc projects and campaigns.
• Perform online research on products, pricing, competitors and industry developments.
• Assist in maintaining marketing databases and research records.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Good analytical and research skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to search, organise and summarise information effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, curious and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Able to prepare charts and simple data analysis.
• Interest in market trends and business strategy.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for research is an advantage.

Pay: From RM600.00 per month
