Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.

Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including handling, arranging, and moving goods.

Good organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Arrange and store goods systematically to ensure proper inventory organisation.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

Pick, pack, and prepare goods according to customer orders or delivery schedules.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory counting.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the relevant department.

Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions.

Prepare and update stock movement records, delivery orders, and other warehouse documentation.
