Must-Have Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠At least 2 years of experience leading a marketing team or function.

• ⁠ ⁠Proven track record of growing customer acquisition and online revenue.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and digital advertising strategies.

• ⁠ ⁠Able to interpret marketing data and make commercial decisions.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

1.⁠ ⁠Revenue Growth & Customer Acquisition

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and sales growth.

• ⁠ ⁠Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant digital platforms.

• ⁠ ⁠Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-customer conversion.

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to achieve revenue targets.

2.⁠ ⁠Performance Marketing & ROI

• ⁠ ⁠Manage advertising budgets and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).

• ⁠ ⁠Track key metrics including CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and marketing-attributed revenue.

• ⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve marketing performance.

3.⁠ ⁠Campaign & Product Growth

• ⁠ ⁠Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.

• ⁠ ⁠Develop effective marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate content, creative, KOL/KOC, and advertising strategies.

• ⁠ ⁠Identify new marketing channels and growth opportunities.

4.⁠ ⁠Team Leadership & Execution

• ⁠ ⁠Lead and develop the marketing team.

• ⁠ ⁠Set clear KPIs, campaign targets, and execution timelines.

• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Content, and Product teams.

• ⁠ ⁠Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and campaign performance.
