Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Sungai Buloh. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, present and explain exclusive products, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations that meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include managing walk-in and repeat customers, following up on leads, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role also involves supporting promotional campaigns, ensuring product displays are attractive and up to date, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and store sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to maintain a professional attitude, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold Naaz Premier’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including confidence in presenting products, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to manage transactions, track sales, and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
• Communication skills in spoken and written formats, with the ability to explain product features clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work on-site in Sungai Buloh, including standing for extended periods and managing a fast-paced retail or showroom environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in retail, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Basic computer literacy for handling point-of-sale systems and simple reporting; willingness to learn company tools and processes.
