Location: Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)

We are looking for service-oriented and responsible F&B Service Crew to join our team at KLIA. Candidates must be able to communicate in Mandarin and be comfortable working in a fast-paced airport F&B environment.

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and assist with enquiries.
• Prepare food and beverages according to operational requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with daily outlet operations, including restocking and general housekeeping.
• Provide good customer service and support the team during busy periods.
  

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
• Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Able to work at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) - KLIA 1 & 2 available.
• Must meet the applicable airport access and employment requirements.
• Must have valid typhoid certificate and food handling certificate.
