Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.

Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.

Good knowledge of social media content creation and trends.

Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools.

Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Plan, create and manage content for the company’s social media platforms.

Develop engaging posts, videos, reels and other digital content.

Manage daily social media posting and content schedules.

Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.

Respond to comments and messages and engage with followers.

Support social media campaigns, promotions and marketing activities.

Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.

Assist with other marketing activities and projects when required.
