• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a related field

• 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience is useful — fresh grads with relevant internship welcome

• Discreet, honest and dependable — you'll handle confidential matters regularly

• A good listener who stays calm when people bring you problems

• Clear written and spoken English, and BM

• Confident with Excel and everyday office software

Nice to have: HR software or HRIS · ISO 9001 documented records · hiring technical or engineering staff · internship programme experience

• Hire: write the ad, screen, coordinate interviews, work with agencies & colleges, run our internship intake

• Welcome new joiners and get them set up properly

• Keep every employee file, training record & recruitment record accurate — audit-ready for ISO 9001

• Run time attendance and get the monthly reports out on time

• Coordinate training, in-house and external, keep the records straight

• Handle employee relations & disciplinary matters properly — due process, and a paper trail

• Support performance appraisals, pay and benefits

• Write and improve HR policies, help management plan manpower
