Job Overview

TS TINT & WRAP SUPPLY SDN BHD is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Video Specialist to manage the full content creation process from idea to published post.

You will work in our workshop environment, capturing real installations, product demonstrations, before-and-after transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments, then turning them into engaging content for TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and Facebook.

Requirements

• Comfortable filming with a smartphone in a workshop environment, including working around vehicles and capturing footage close to the action.

• Proficient in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere, with strong video editing skills including cuts, captions, transitions, sound, and pacing.

• Fluent in written Mandarin for Xiaohongshu (RED) content, with conversational English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to manage the full content cycle, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing.

• Creative with a good understanding of social media trends, engaging hooks, storytelling, and platform-specific content.

• Able to work independently and consistently produce content according to the content calendar.

• Plan and maintain a regular content calendar across TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and Facebook.

• Develop strong opening hooks, creative concepts, and storylines suited to each platform's audience and format.

• Film installations, product showcases, before-and-after transformations, and customer stories.

• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant editing tools.

• Write captions, titles, and hashtags, including native-quality Mandarin copy for Xiaohongshu (RED).

• Manage the end-to-end content process from ideation and filming to editing and publishing.

• Publish content directly across TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and Facebook.

• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.

• Respond to comments and engage with the online community where appropriate.
