Job description

• Have experience in building operation and maintenance/facilities management.
• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as a team.
• Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
• Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
• Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
• Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
• Report to superior on work progress of actual and potential problem

Requirements:

• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Must be pro-active, Punctual
• Standby for on-calls and emergencies

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 9AM - 5PM

Sat : 9AM - 1PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
