• Experience in handling e-commerce or online platforms is an added advantage.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, or Instagram is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic photo or video editing skills will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with experience in online sales or e-commerce are encouraged to apply.

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,600 + KPI Allowance RM200

• Manage e-commerce and online platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Respond to customer enquiries and recommend the correct and suitable parts based on their needs.

• Handle return parcels and coordinate the return process.

• Assist with daily online sales and customer service activities.

• Monitor and maintain product listings across online platforms.

• Perform other sales and e-commerce-related duties as assigned.
