Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare basic beverages according to company SOPs.
• Assist Baristas and Senior Baristas during service.
• Learn recipes, beverage standards, and presentation requirements.
• Ensure beverages are prepared accurately and consistently.

Station Preparation

• Prepare ice, cups, syrups, sauces, milk, and other beverage supplies.
• Refill ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
• Ensure the beverage station is fully prepared before service begins.

Cleanliness & Organization

• Practice Clean As You Go (CAYG) at all times.
• Clean coffee machines, blenders, utensils, and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing beverage areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Customer Service

• Greet customers professionally and politely.
• Assist with taking orders when required.
• Deliver beverages and assist customers when necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.

Stock Handling

• Assist with stock receiving and storage.
• Ensure ingredients are stored properly.
• Report low stock levels to supervisors.

Compliance & Hygiene

• Follow all company SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Wear proper uniform and maintain personal grooming standards.
• Comply with all food safety requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
