We’re Hiring – Team Member

Location: Lucky Cup Coffee, The Mines Shopping Mall
Employment Type: Full-time

Lucky Cup is a fast-growing, budget-friendly coffee chain under MIXUE Bingcheng, serving affordable freshly brewed coffee and beverages to everyday customers, especially students and young adults.

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Team Member to join our team at Lucky Cup The Mines!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to recipes and SOPs
• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers
• Operate café equipment, coffee machines and POS systems
• Handle cash transactions and assist with daily cash reconciliation
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic café environment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts and replenishment
• Follow food safety, hygiene and operational standards
• Work as part of the team to ensure smooth daily café operations
• Assist with social media content, posting and account management
• Support other day-to-day café duties when required

What We’re Looking For

• SPM and above
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
