Job Responsibilities

• Design new Autogate, Security Door and gate products that follow current market trends and set new ones
• Research and discover new materials, finishes and technologies that can be applied to our gate and door designs
• Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer preferences to identify new design opportunities
• Prepare 2D drawings with clear dimensions to communicate designs to the production team
• Improve existing product designs in terms of appearance, function, durability and cost
• Develop product concepts from idea to prototype and solve design-related issues along the way

Requirements:

• Diploma in Industrial Product Design or equivalent
• Curious about materials and willing to explore new materials, finishes and manufacturing methods
• Able to prepare 2D drawings with accurate dimensions (by hand or using any drawing software)
• 3D modelling or rendering skills (e.g. SketchUp, SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot) are an advantage
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience
