We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin / Accounts Admin to support sales documentation, payment records, and daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales applications and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and other sales-related documents.
• Update sales records, customer information, and payment status in the system.
• Check payment details against supporting documents and report discrepancies.
• Assist with outstanding payment follow-ups and account reconciliation.
• Prepare sales and collection reports for internal review.
• Liaise with dealers, customers, sales representatives, and the Finance team.
• Maintain organised records and assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales administration, accounts support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, payment records, and accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Accurate, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
