Role Description The Recovery Officer role is a contract, on-site position based in Puchong. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, including contacting customers, negotiating repayment arrangements, and monitoring outstanding accounts to ensure timely recovery. The role includes analyzing customer account status, preparing recovery reports, and escalating complex cases according to company procedures. The Recovery Officer will collaborate with finance and customer service teams to resolve payment issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. Daily tasks also involve maintaining professional communication, providing courteous support to customers, and contributing to continuous improvement of recovery processes.
