• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Development or related fields. Candidates with relevant practical experience are also welcome.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution or retail industries will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills using CapCut or similar applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, responsible, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Business Development

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, potential customers and sales channels.

• Assist in expanding product distribution through pharmacies, retail chains, convenience stores and e-commerce platforms.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors and potential business partnerships.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations and promotional plans for potential partners.

Customer & Business Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential business partners.

• Coordinate with internal sales teams to support business growth initiatives.

• Follow up on business enquiries and potential partnership opportunities.

Marketing & Business Support

• Monitor social media content and marketing campaign performance and business development progress.

• Prepare reports and updates for management.

• Support occasional exhibitions, product launches and promotional events.
