Location : Neo Damansara, Petaling Jaya (HQ) / Bukit Raja, Klang (Opah Bakery & Dessert)

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & social media.

• Influencer & Collaboration Management
• Creator Research & Selection: Identify and curate a weekly list of potential content creators aligned with the brand and target audience.
• Communication & Follow-Up: Manage official outreach invitations and execute post-collaboration follow-ups.
• Content Compliance & Timeline Management: Ensure creators adhere to the provided creative briefs and submit video drafts according to scheduled deadlines.

2. E-Commerce & Operations

• Customer Support
• Platform Chat Management: Promptly handle and respond to customer inquiries on Shopee Chat and TikTok Shop professionally.
• Affiliate Administration
• Sample Approval: Process and screen product sample requests from affiliates based on store eligibility criteria.

3. Data Management & Administration

• Data Entry & Reporting
• WhatsApp Leads Management: Collect and systematically record customer leads from WhatsApp into Google Sheets.
• WooCommerce Sales Reporting: Extract and compile monthly sales data from WooCommerce into Google Sheets for performance tracking.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
