AMK Technology is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Executive on behalf of our client, Nottingham, to support and oversee daily operations within its Food & Beverage (F&B) café business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth café operations, coordinating staff activities, maintaining service and food quality standards, monitoring inventory and supporting overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of F&B operations, strong leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, scheduling and daily task assignments.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels and ordering of food ingredients and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor daily sales, operational expenses and overall outlet performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service-related matters when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Support staff training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in F&B, café, restaurant or retail operations is an advantage.
• Experience in supervising staff or managing daily outlet operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management, customer service and operational procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work in an F&B operational environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
