About The Role:

We are looking for driven individuals to join our leadership pipeline and build a business in financial services with a clear pathway to Unit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & manage client portfolio
• Provide Takaful & financial consultation
• Generate new business via networking & referrals
• Achieve sales KPI
• Attend training & coaching
• Recruit & lead team to Manager level

Requirements:

• Age below 45, Blue IC (for TBE license)
• Diploma + 1 years exp OR Degree
