Role Description: Responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of employee learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth in alignment with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
• Support the preparation of training schedules, invitations, attendance lists, and training materials.
• Assist with training logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, refreshments, and participant coordination.
• Communicate with employees, trainers, and external training providers regarding training arrangements.
• Maintain and update employee training records and databases.
• Assist in monitoring employee participation and completion of required training programs.
• Collect and compile training feedback and evaluation forms.
• Assist in preparing training reports, presentations, and basic L&D analytics.
• Conduct research on training topics, learning trends, and development initiatives when required.
• Assist in preparing learning materials, employee communications, and L&D-related documents.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse situations, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months (Starting from 1st of November)

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
