• High school diploma or vocational certificate.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in food service, hospitality, or quick-service environments.

• Prior experience in a high-volume setting (Hotel, restaurants, catering) is an advantage.

Guest Service & Hospitality

● Greet users and Googlers warmly and assist with questions, dietary concerns, or

wayfinding as needed.

● Maintain a calm, friendly, and approachable presence during peak meal periods.

● Support food line service by portioning, plating, or replenishing items under direction.

● Having a basic understanding of menu knowledge.

Station Setup & Maintenance

● Set up assigned service areas (beverage stations, salad bars, snack counters, condiment stations) according to daily service plans.

● Ensure all stations are clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.

● Monitor food levels, utensils, and signage, menu card, refilling as necessary to ensure

uninterrupted service.

Dining Area Cleanliness

● Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping tables, organizing seating, and

collecting used trays and utensils.

● Follow cleaning schedules and sanitize high-touch areas frequently throughout the shift.

● Support back-of-house and dishwashing team during peak times or when required.

Food Safety & Compliance

● Assist Food service Supervisor in meal line checks in alignment with the required food safety and service standard requirements, i.e. Food temperature, Menu card (allergens), food representation (texture, taste, color and garnish.

● Follow proper food handling practices including FEFO / FIFO, labeling, temperature checks, and allergen awareness.

● Adhere to HACCP, EHS, and Sodexo at Google’s safety and sustainability standards.

● Wear proper PPE and uniforms as per company policy.

Team Collaboration

● Work closely with culinary, BOH, and fellow FOH teams to support smooth service flow.

● Communicate proactively with the Food Service Supervisor for task assignments, inventory needs, and guest feedback.

● Participate in daily briefings, shift huddles and training.

● Act as a positive brand ambassador for Sodexo at Google, you are an active and visible representative who embodies the company's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction with your team and clients.

Location: Elmina Business Park, business park, Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

Expected Start Date: 1 September 2026

Working Hours (Rostered Shift) :

• Shift 1: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Shift 2: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Working Days: 5 Days & 2 Off days (Off days might fall on either on weekdays/weekend)
