Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and sales transactions.

Plan and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

Assist with loading and unloading activities at the warehouse when required.

Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, logistics, warehouse teams, and customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Monitor sales performance against targets and assist with market feedback.

Ensure sales documents are properly filed, organized, and audit-ready.

Support HR and management with sales-related memos, policies, and documentation.

Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Provide administrative support to outlet managers and sales executives.

Update internal systems with accurate customer and sales data.
