Requirements

• Minimum diploma in related field or equivalent
• Positive mindset and attitude
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholders

FINANCIAL RETURNS

• To create and process the Purchase Order from End-User
• Tracking order status by following up with vendors to ensure scheduled deliveries according to purchase orders issued to them
• Develop and maintain purchase order system
• Maintain Internal controls over the requisitioning of items
• Keep track of open Purchase Orders & follow up with vendors for timely supply and closure of orders
• To request Quotation from vendors for the Kitchen Items
• To do and complete the Quarterly Comparison for Daily Market List Items
• To request HALAL CERTIFICATE from the vendors
• To ensure all the Purchase Items for Kitchen with HALAL CERTIFICATE
• To work closely with Halal Committee and Halal Coordinator
• Coordinate with Receiving & respective Departmental Heads to ensure the receiving of standard quality of product
