What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree with relevant working experience

• 2 to 3 years in renovation, interior design, fit-out, cabinet or building materials

• Strong understanding of measurements, area calculation and wastage

• Able to read floor plans and basic technical drawings

• Experience preparing quotations and handling BQ

• Organized, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple projects at once

• Confident speaking with customers and contractors in BM and English

• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (AutoCAD knowledge is a bonus)

What You'll Do

• Manage daily project coordination from enquiry to handover

• Prepare quotations based on site measurements, drawings and BQ

• Handle BQ (Bill of Quantities) take-off, checking and revisions

• Call customers to arrange site visits, measurements and appointments

• Plan and manage the outdoor sales team's daily schedule and site visits

• Coordinate delivery and installation dates with the operations team

• Track project progress and follow up on pending quotations and payments

• Keep project records, drawings and documents organized

• Be the main point of contact so customers always know what's happening
