Front Supervisor

Lead and support front-of-house operations by ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily service flow, and maintaining KyoChon’s service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Restaurant Experience

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Introduce customers to KyoChon’s brand and recommend signature menu items.

• Ensure excellent customer experience from arrival until departure.

Service Operations

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

• Handle billing and payment transactions professionally.

• Assist in managing table turnover to ensure smooth restaurant flow.

Cleanliness & Hygiene Standards

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next customer.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.

• Ensure service areas are well-stocked with essentials such as napkins, cutlery, and other supplies.

Team Support

• Support and guide front-of-house team members during service.

• Ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager as required.
