Job Descriptions :

• Preparing and organising financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assisting in data entry into the accounting system and Excel
• Reviewing petty cash records and staff claims
• Participating in bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting
• Supporting documentation for internal audits
• Filing and updating monthly financial records

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel & data entry
• Willing to learn, accept feedback, and take responsibility for tasks
• Punctual and accountable in all assignments
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months internship

Working Day : Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
