We are looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Content Creator who can produce engaging short-form videos and storytelling content that connect with audience and drive results.

Babymama International Sdn Bhd is a multi-brand company with over 15 years of industry experience in the baby, maternity, beauty & health industry.

We are expanding our digital team to scale our brands through high-impact, performance-driven content.

Role Objective

To create and execute high-performing short-form video and storytelling content that drives:

• Brand awareness
• Audience engagement
• Sales conversion

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Video & Storytelling)

• Produce daily short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Create story-based content (relatable, emotional, lifestyle-driven)
• Balance soft-sell storytelling and hard-sell product content

2. On-Camera Presentation

• Act as content talent (storytelling, product demo, sharing experience)
• Deliver content in a natural, relatable, and engaging manner

3. Content Strategy & Execution

• Apply effective content structure (hook, storytelling flow, CTA)
• Adapt trends into brand-relevant storytelling formats

4. Video Editing

• Edit videos using CapCut or equivalent tools
• Ensure smooth pacing, captions, and strong opening hooks

5. Performance Optimization

• Monitor content performance (views, engagement, conversion)
• Improve storytelling angles and content effectiveness

6. Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and basic audience interactions

7. Affiliate Support

• Create content angles that can be replicated by affiliates

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable on camera (mandatory)
• Able to tell stories naturally and connect with audience
• Experience creating TikTok or short-form content
• Understand content structure (hook, storytelling flow, CTA)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills
• Interest in baby, maternity, beauty, or health products
• Self-driven, disciplined, and consistent

Tools & Equipment

• All necessary equipment will be provided by the company
• Basic familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut) is required

Candidate Profile

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
