Role Description The Marketing Specialist Proton e.MAS role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Bandar Baru Bangi dealership. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Proton vehicles, including digital and offline initiatives, showroom promotions, and local events. The Marketing Specialist monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and support sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, managing social media content, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating closely with the sales and customer service teams. The role also requires tracking campaign performance, preparing marketing reports, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and customers.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and develop effective promotional plans.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support showroom activities, engage potential buyers, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Candidates should ideally have basic digital marketing skills, such as social media management and content creation, to support online campaigns.
• Candidates should have good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or retail marketing, and a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, will have an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Bandar Baru Bangi and collaborating in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.
