We are looking for a data-driven creative to join our marketing team. This isn't just about "posting on Instagram" you will be responsible for the entire journey a customer takes, from seeing a viral video to becoming a qualified lead. You will bridge the gap between brand storytelling and sales performance

Job responsibilities:
1) Plan and execute a weekly social media calendar across all platforms (instagram , tik tok , youtube)

2) Develop and edit short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

3) Map out the "Customer Journey" from social media awareness to the final call-to-action (CTA).

4) Monitor and track Engagement Rate vs. Conversion Rate.

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate studying in University or College or Diploma

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good time management skills

· Proficient in social media platforms

· Basic understanding of video & audio editing

· Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social media and content creation

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good interpersonal skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
