We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to lead people operations while partnering with management on talent, performance, engagement and workforce plan

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Mandarin speaker required
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & HR best practices
• Strong leadership & people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving & decision-making ability
• High integrity when handling confidential information

• Recruitment, onboarding & workforce planning
• Employee relations, disciplinary matters & engagement
• Performance management & improvement
• Training, development & succession planning
• Compensation, benefits & payroll administration
• HR policies, procedures & employee records
• Labour law and regulatory compliance
• Organisational development & change initiatives
• Provide HR advice and recommendations to management
