Requirement

• Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are required.

• Candidates with Airbnb, Homestay, Property Management, or Customer Service experience will have an added advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to follow up on tasks.

• Well-organized and able to solve problems independently.

Working hour

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: Work from home only when required.

Work Location

• Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor (2 minutes walk from LRT Station)

• Communicate with homeowners and tenants on daily property matters.

• Follow up on tenant requests, complaints, and outstanding issues.

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the operations team and contractors.

• Follow up with contractors to ensure work is completed properly and on time.

• Update homeowners on important matters related to their properties.

• Maintain proper records and prepare simple documents when required.

• Support the team in daily property management operations.
