Role Description The Sales Advisor e.MAS Bangi is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Sales Advisor is responsible for engaging with walk-in and online customers, understanding their mobility needs, and recommending suitable Proton vehicles and packages. Daily activities include conducting product presentations and test drives, preparing price quotations, handling sales documentation, and coordinating vehicle delivery. The role also involves maintaining follow-up with prospects and existing customers, supporting promotional events and showroom activities, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience. The Sales Advisor works closely with the sales and service teams to achieve individual and dealership sales targets while upholding company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a professional sales environment.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in training or coaching customers on product features, usage, and ownership processes is an advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, messaging apps, email, and office software).
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends and public holidays as required by dealership operations.
- Minimum education at SPM level or equivalent; higher qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and confidence in conducting test drives with customers.
