Responsibilities

Client Growth & Relationship Management

• Prospect and qualify SME leads through calls, meetings, and referrals to grow a book of clients.
• Build trust with business owners by understanding their goals and keeping regular follow ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and update pipelines to reflect next steps and outcomes.

Financial Advisory & Analysis

• Assess business financials, cash flow, and credit needs to recommend suitable financing options.
• Prepare simple financial models and affordability checks using spreadsheets and standard templates.
• Draft clear proposal documents and term comparisons so clients can make informed choices.
• Support credit submission packs for senior review and lender presentation.

Operations & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with lenders, internal compliance, and operations to ensure timely loan processing.
• Track application status and follow up to meet agreed service timelines.
• Share market feedback with the team to improve product fit and client experience.
• Attend training sessions and weekly reviews to sharpen technical and sales skills.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or entry level candidate with 0 years of professional experience is welcome.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
• Basic exposure to banking or advisory through internships or project work is an advantage.
• Available to attend client meetings during normal business hours and occasional travel across town.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable with financial statements, cash flow basics, and simple ratio calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for building tables and basic models.
• Familiarity with credit assessment concepts, lending products, and affordability checks.
• Ability to prepare clear written proposals and use CRM tools to log client activity.
