• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate nurses and support personnel.
• Operations & Workflow: Oversee daily unit functions, patient care flow, and resource allocation across multiple shifts.
• Budget & Resources: Manage departmental budgets, equipment procurement, and cost-optimization.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (such as Malaysian Nursing Board guidelines or local healthcare policies).
• Interdisciplinary Liaison: Coordinate with physicians, upper management, and other hospital departments to resolve escalations and improve patient satisfaction.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
