PART-TIME HR ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Part-Time HR Assistant to support the Warehouse Operation in the day-to-day management of HR System and Foreign Worker Management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, responsible and interested in gaining practical experience in HR Operations, HR systems and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

HR System – Rymnet

• Assist in managing and updating employee information in Rymnet.
• Assist with HR system transactions, documentation and data entry.
• Ensure employee records and HR information are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in preparing simple HR reports and data when required.

Foreign Worker Management

• Assist in maintaining foreign worker records, documents and relevant information.
• Support monitoring of foreign worker work permits, passports, medical checks and other related documents.
• Assist in coordinating with foreign worker agencies on documentation and administrative matters.
• Support HR in maintaining accurate foreign worker records and follow-up actions.

HR Operations Support

• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.
• Assist with filing, documentation and other HR-related tasks.
• Support other HR projects or assignments as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable working with HR systems and data entry.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates, HR students or candidates with HR administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per week
