WE’RE HIRING: CREATIVE MARKETING LEAD

We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to join our team as a Creative Marketing Lead. If you enjoy content creation, campaign planning, and leading a team, this role is for you

Position: Creative Marketing Lead
Salary: RM5,000+ (based on experience)
Age Requirement: 26–34 years old

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and write content
• Manage and organize content schedules
• Lead and guide the creative team
• Ensure all content is posted on time
• Identify current market trends
• Suggest suitable KOLs / influencers
• Manage brand collaborations

Skills:
- Experience in retail/FMCG/cosmetic brand
- Familiar with TikTok marketing culture
- Strong storytelling & content sense
- Creative thinking & trend-sensitive
- Experience growing social media engagement organically

Campaign & Team Coordination:

• Work closely with different teams to execute campaigns:
• Marketing Team: campaign setup, listing optimization, pricing
• Content Team: ensure content matches campaign strategy
• Live Streaming Team: align product focus, scripting, and timing
• Standardize campaign processes
• Improve teamwork and reduce execution gaps

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or any relevant field
• Creative, proactive, and good leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and teams
• Attention to details
• Up-to-date with social media trends
